How can I correct a "broken" export?

When exporting within the ITscope Online platform, a fault message appears, for example: no longer available vendors in the product selection.

How can I repair this export?

When compiling exports, it may be that changes will occur over time.

About the specific changes / updates that are relevant to the export, then washed with the appropriate message (shown at the export under the Export Administration: accessible under the menu item "Products" -> "Exports") informs.

Despite these reports, the respective exports are normally available and can also be downloaded.

The messages may arise due to the following causes:

  • Selected vendor (s) is no longer available
  • Selected filter for the product groups is no longer available

To correct these problems with the "broken" exports you can click on the affected export.

Then click to reach correspond to the product list on the "Edit" button. (See following screenshot).



You now have the option on the "Correct" button to correct the corresponding export. (See following screenshot)



Then click on the "Close and Export Summary" to the complete process.
