There are various possibilities and filters available to search for companies.
You have to log in ITscope Online Platform and click corresponding to the upper area on "Companies" - see screenshot below (1).
In the search field (2) to find the desired company.
Accordingly, the 5 last opened companies (4), and the 5 last this company (5) is stored.
A call to the company can thus also be made via these entries (4) and (5).
In the drop-down menu opens upon "companies" you also have access to these important filter options (3):
(A) All companies
(B) All distributors
(C) My suppliers
(D) My reseller partners
When selecting "All Companies" (a) all companies are accordingly displayed which are ITscope available and in addition, the company who you possibly created.
When selecting "All distributors" (b) all distributors are shown standing in ITscope available.
When selecting "My Suppliers" (c) Only those suppliers are displayed that you have added in your partner network.
The "My reseller partners" option (d) is only distributors.
Here, distributors can see a list of reseller partners who have added it as partners in the network.
After selecting the desired option (ad) the search results and the corresponding filters appear (see screenshot # 2 below).
The search filters that are available are as follows:
- ITscope business type (manufacturer, distributor, reseller)
- Partner (reseller partners, distributors, retail, retailer, manufacturer)
- Origin (created self, platform participants)
- EServices (own delivery note shipping, order, realtime, price list)
You can therefore use these different filters to determine your search criteria and to influence the search results accordingly.
At this point, we would like to highlight a possibility that is often used by ITscope users to find out which supplier also offers which EServices (see screenshot # 2)
When selecting the menu item "Company" -> "All Distriburoren" is accordingly a list of all suppliers with their EService options (such as: real-time or price list) output.
The individual configuration options (EServices) are also color-coded.
You can also visually check whether an EService is available or is configured correctly.
The colors of the displayed EServices have the following meaning:
- GREY (1): EService is enabled and properly configured
- WHITE (2): EService is not configured / activated
- RED (3): Setting up EService is faulty
Clicking on each EService leads according to the configuration where you can store your data.
