Within the platform
As soon as a new order is available on your vendor board, the counter for the new events is counted on the application in the communication menu. Via the appropriate menu item in this menu, you can view the new orders.
In addition to notifying you on the platform, we will send you an e-mail with the note which order has been received.
This e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you entered in the eServiceAdmin area for e-mail orders. Also get all the users of your company that have the permission "sell", have also this notification. The customer can also specify e-mail addresses when sending the order, in order to, for example, inform his personal contact person.
If you have not configured an e-mail order but have an EDI connection, you will receive e-mails only if the recipient has explicitly entered a recipient when sending the order.
The e-mail notification contains information about the orderer, the number of ordered items and the order value. In addition, a link is available directly to the order on the platform. The order in the openTRANS format is sent as an attachment.
This summary replaces the previous textual e-mail that went to the configured e-mail address.
